MyAT Remote Training - Workplace and Enterprise - 8 Hour Training Block
Description
Through a remote connection, TCSAccess Assistive Technology specialists provide End User Remote Training in Assistive Technology. This service provides an efficient means of receiving services without the traditional need of having an AT Specialist on site. End Users can be trained in a variety of levels based on skill set, experience and position specific job tasks.
To perform Remote Training, we will need the following:
- Ability for instructor to share their screen and computer sound using either TCS Access’ via remote control software
- Capability to remotely view, hear computer sound (and possibly control) users computer
- Strong connection to Internet (wired preferred)
- Dedicated phone connection (for Dragon training)
- Access to organization’s technical support should connection problems arise
Working with your organization’s technical support team:
TCS Access will provide expert instruction and guidance on any accessibility issues that arise. If requested, our Trainer will work in tandem with your technical support services to highlight any configuration or settings changes beneficial to the smooth operation of your system.

- Tips on using Google Gsuite for the AT user
- Using built-in tools within Windows for accommodating employees with disabilities
- Accessing SharePoint Sites as an AT user
